Resign now over insecurity in Nigeria, Senator Abaribe tells Buhari
Minority Leader of the Nigerian Senate, Enyinnanya Abaribe at Wednesday’s plenary asked President Muhammadu Buhari to resign over his government’s inability to tackle rising insecurity across the country.
Senator Abaribe said this during his contribution to a motion on the urgent need to restructure, review and reorganize the security architecture of Nigeria sponsored by the Leader of the Senate, Abdullahi Yahaya.
The opposition leader in the Senate said the incessant killing of Nigerians has reached an unbearable proportion, adding that the best way to solve a problem is to address it from the top.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senator insisted that Buhari’s government was full of propaganda saying that those who live by propaganda will die by propaganda if the insecurity in Nigeria persisted.
